Jean Piaget’s theory was that a child’s intelligence changed as they change/grew.

 

For example, a baby learns their parents voice as they grow. They pick up certain habits and motor skills as they develop.

This would definitely be something i would use in the nursing field, dealing with patients of all sizes.
